As a job seeker, you can register a profile and access it easily under Newjobs.
Register your profile
You can register your profile in two ways.
- After applying for a job, you'll be asked if you want to save your profile for future use. This is the easiest way to register, as your data from the application will be used to populate your profile right away.
Click Save profile to receive a magic link in your email to sign you in or continue with your Google/LinkedIn/Microsoft account.
- Alternatively, you can click Log in/ Sign Up in the top right corner of Newjobs.
Click Continue with email to receive a magic link in your email that will sign you in or continue with your Google/LinkedIn/Microsoft account.

If you choose to sign up/log in with the magic link, the email you will receive will look like this:
Note: This link will expire in 24 hours and can only be used once. Every time your session ends (or you log out), you must request a new link by entering your email address into the login window.
Set your preferences
When you first log in to your profile, you will see a welcome page where you can set your preferences:
- Opt-in to receive job recommendations and news from top employers and set the frequency (weekly, daily).

Make your profile visible to recruiters for better discoverability (this will be on by default). If you opt out of promoting your profile, it will be removed from our sourcing tools.
You can update these settings later from your Settings page, where you can also choose your preferred language (English or Greek).
